Our annual Kindergarten Havdalah program was a big success! The children performed a short play in Hebrew which told the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The highlight of the show was the rap song! A wonderful time was had by all!

At Kabbalat Shabbat our children sang songs of hope and freedom in honor of MLK. They listened to some of Martin Luther King Jr.’s famous speech and talked about their own dreams for the future.
Cohen Hillel was fortunate to have a local family visiting Haifa over Winter break. They witnessed the vast destruction caused by the recent Wild fires and were able to personally deliver thank you letters our children wrote to the Haifa firefighters.
Our third graders are getting to know their JCC Masoret room buddies. While they read, listen to stories, make art, and play games together, the children are learning how to be good role models and mentors to the pre-schoolers.
