Word of mouth is one of the most powerful ways new families learn about our wonderful school.
REFER A NEW FAMILY AND RECEIVE A $1,000 CREDIT TOWARD YOUR TUITION!
This program awards a $1,000 tuition credit for the 2026-2027 academic year to any current Epstein Hillel School family whose referral results in the enrollment of a new student in Pre-K through 6th grade at any time during the 2026-2027 school year. The details are as follows:
The Basics
- The program is open to all parents of current Epstein Hillel School students
- Referred families must be new to EHS, i.e., they have not previously had a child enrolled in, or registered in, any grade at EHS.
- The tuition credit applies per family referred, not per student.
How to Qualify
- Referring families qualify for the tuition credit upon enrollment, and when their name has been provided by a new family as having referred them on the Application Form submitted for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- A new family may only list one referring family on the Application Form.
- For the purpose of clarity and to avoid any confusion or conflicts, ONLY the name of the referring family listed on the Application Form completed by the new family will qualify to receive the tuition credit for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The Important Details
- There is no limit to the number of families that can be referred. The amount of the credit cannot exceed the referring family’s tuition fees for the 2026-2027 school year. There is no cash value to the referral credit.
- Alumni families and EHS faculty/ staff who make a successful referral but do not currently have a child enrolled in the school will receive a $1,000 credit to be applied in the future against the first year’s tuition of their own child’s enrollment in a Pre-K through 6th grade class at Epstein Hillel School.
- The referred family must follow and complete the regular enrollment process – submission of an application, interview and approval by EHS, and classroom placement for the student. The final decision for student acceptance rests solely with the School’s administration.
- The referred family’s enrollment must continue in good standing for the full 2026-2027 academic year.
- The referring family’s tuition will be credited in April of the 2026-2027 school term. If tuition has been paid in full, a refund check will be issued, or credit towards the 2027-2028 school term will be applied.
- Referrals may not be made retroactively.
- Parents cannot refer their own children.
- In the event of a conflict or a deemed abuse of the Family Referral Incentive Program, EHS reserves the right to settle all disputes. The resolution reached by EHS will be a final determination. In addition, EHS reserves the right to withdraw an admissions offer or not accept an application.
- The Family Referral Incentive Program may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Epstein Hillel School. Epstein Hillel School reserves the right to change any and all information.
