FACTS system open
The Tuition Assistance Application through FACTS is available and must be completed and filed along with W2 documents from 2024 and completed tax returns and supporting documents for 2023.

February 14, 2025 and March 3, 2025
FACTS application due
The deadline for financial aid applications in FACTS for new families and current families with newly enrolled siblings is February 14, 2025.
The deadline for financial aid applications in FACTS for returning families is March 3, 2025.

March 7, 2025 and April 1, 2025
Notifications sent
Notification of tuition assistance awards will be mailed to all new students on or about March 7, 2025, and to returning students on or about April 1st (as long as a completed FACTS application has been submitted and the family is current in their tuition obligation). All other tuition assistance letters will be mailed on a rolling basis if financial aid dollars are available after this date.

Enrollment contracts due
Enrollment contracts for new students are due with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 per child to the Business Office.
