Apply
Please complete the Application Form, Parent Input Form, and Release of Records on behalf of your child. These three forms may be submitted online, by mail, or in person, along with the $100 application fee. Additionally, please provide your child’s current teacher with the grade-appropriate AISNE form which you can download below. The teacher will then complete the confidential form and return it directly to EHS.

Screenings/School Visit
Due to COVID-19, our traditional screening procedures may be altered for the 2021-2022 school year.
Kindergarten: Upon receiving your completed application, the Admissions Office will be in touch to schedule a screening for your prospective kindergartener.
Grades 1-2: Upon receiving your completed application, the Admissions Office will be in touch to schedule a half day school visit for your child.
Grades 3-8: Upon receiving your completed application, the Admissions Office will be in touch to schedule a full day school visit for your child.

Admission Decisions Mailed
Completed applications received by February 1 will be notified of our admission decision on March 10.

April 9, 2021
Enrollment Contracts Due
Secure your child’s spot at EHS by returning his/her Enrollment Contract to the Business Office by April 9.
