Epstein Hillel School, a vibrant and progressive K-8 Jewish independent school in Marblehead Massachusetts, is seeking a part time music teacher for the 2019-2020 school year.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor of arts or masters degree in music education, has a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a music classroom including xylophone, recorder, and ukulele, and experience with leading choral concerts. The position requires knowledge of Dalcroze, Orff, and solfage, a flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to inspire curiosity and creativity in students. Candidates must have references that speak to their ability to develop strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
