Where are you located?
We are in Marblehead, MA 01945, approximately 15 miles north of Boston. We are within easy walking distance to the ocean, and our teachers frequently take advantage of this proximity to explore our environment and engage students in hands-on learning.

Epstein Hillel School is the only Jewish independent school north of Boston. We welcome families from towns throughout the region including:

Where do students go after EHS?
Our graduates attend numerous public and independent high schools all across the region including Gann Academy, Essex Tech, and public high schools in Marblehead, Swampscott, Salem, Peabody.
What is the teacher-student ratio?
We have about a 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio. All grades K-6 have a General Studies lead teacher and a Jewish Studies lead teacher who also teaches Hebrew. All grades have art, music, PE, and Social Thinking classes with specialists.
Do you offer an after-school program?
Yes! EHS offers after-school clubs, Mondays-Thursdays, with various options for different grade levels. There’s something for every child! Click here more information about the EHS after-school program.
What foreign languages are offered?
We teach Hebrew language in all grades.
Spanish is offered in the EHS After School Program.
Does your school require uniforms?
EHS does not have a school uniform. However, we do require that students dress appropriately per the guidelines in the Epstein Hillel School Family Handbook.

EHS regularly collaborates with the many synagogues, Jewish organizations, and preschools in the area.
