After School Clubs

EHS Spring after-school clubs registration is now open.

Please note that there is a minimum and maximum number of students for each activity. We will notify you if there is a change to the schedule due to participation numbers. Depending on enrollment, transportation options may be available for our bus families. Contact Mindee Greenberg at for more information.

Students will learn both traditional circle dances along with modern line dances in this upbeat and high-energy class.  Students will dance at the North Shore Celebrate Israel program on Sunday, May 15, 2022.

Wednesdays: 3:15pm – 4:15pm

Dates:  May 4 – June 8 2022 (6 weeks)

Learn how to throw clay on EHS’s state-of-the-art Innovation Center with Eva Mintz-Bacon and Miri Sharon.  Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of ceramics.  They will focus on developing basic hand building, sculpting, and glazing skills.  Student will have a weekly instruction, strustured projects with freedom to explore their own creative ability.  Project will have an emphasis on Judaic art that will be fired and glazed in our kiln!  Students will take home their art and be able to use their beautiful work.

Thursdays:  4:30pm – 5:30pm (Grades 5 – 8)

Ori Baruch, Epstein Hillel School’s music teacher, is a trained pianist from the  Berklee School of Music who will be offering private piano lessons.

Speed Lacrosse is a lifetime sport sharing many characteristics with field lacrosse, box lacrosse and basketball.  It is played 3v3 on a 40×20 yard court.  All you need is a standard lacrosse stick and a mouthguard.   Students will learn fundamental skills and then enjoy playing with their friends.  No experience needed, it is a great sport for ALL ages.

Wednesday:   3:15pm – 4:15pm
Tuesday:  May be added as an optional additional day depending on interest

Dates:  April 27 – June 8 (6 weeks)

Grades:  1-5
Cost:  $125

Students will learn universal child care skills and techniques focusing on child behavior, age-appropriate activities and emergency protocol.  The course includes Red Cross certification in First Aid and CPR/AED certification are valid for 2 years.  This course will help those looking to start or grow their child care business as they can share their knowledge skills with parents looking to hire a responsible and prepared babysitter.  Students must attend all 4 sessions to receive certification.  There will be no make-up sessions.
