Tuition for 2026—2027
Tuition for All Grades (PreK-6): $18,000
- There are additional fees for specific areas: technology, security.
- Optional programs such as school lunch and after-school clubs have additional fees associated with them.
- Tuition insurance is now being required for all families every year. Families that pay their student(s)’ tuition in full by August 1 are exempt from paying for the Tuition Refund Plan (2.3% of net tuition).
Rate listed here is for the 2026-2027 school year. It is subject to change in following years.
Tuition Assistance for Grades K-6
Epstein Hillel School recognizes that the cost of independent school tuition is a significant investment in a child’s future. In an effort to make the school accessible to as many students as possible, the school offers a generous tuition assistance program, as well as payment plans. We invite parents to explore this process with individualized support through our Business Office.
- Need-based tuition assistance is available to some EHS families. Please review the process below for more information about deadlines and how to apply through FACTS.
- Discounts are available for families with multiple children paying full tuition.
- Discounts are also available for full-time Jewish community workers.
As part of the tuition assistance process, the school requires families to complete the tuition assistance application through FACTS. The school utilizes the reports from FACTS along with any additional information provided by the family to determine the amount of the tuition assistance award.
Returning families must be current in their tuition obligation to apply for the next year’s tuition assistance.

Timeline for Needs-Based Assistance

January 2027
FACTS system open
The Tuition Assistance Application through FACTS is available and must be completed and filed along with W2 documents from 2025 and completed tax returns and supporting documents for 2025.

February 14, 2027 and March 3, 2027
FACTS application due
The deadline for financial aid applications in FACTS for new families and current families with newly enrolled siblings is February 14, 2027.
The deadline for financial aid applications in FACTS for returning families is March 3, 2027.

March 7, 2027 and April 1, 2027
Notifications sent
Notification of tuition assistance awards will be mailed to all new students on or about March 7, 2027, and to returning students on or about April 1st (as long as a completed FACTS application has been submitted and the family is current in their tuition obligation). All other tuition assistance letters will be mailed on a rolling basis if financial aid dollars are available after this date.

Enrollment contracts due
Enrollment contracts for new students are due with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 per child to the Business Office.
